Hello, my name is Ruby, and I’m the founder of RCmarketing.My journey to entrepreneurship has been driven by resilience, determination, and a commitment to helping businesses succeed.

Growing up in a single-parent household with four siblings, I learned the importance of hard work and resourcefulness from an early age. Despite facing challenges, I always kept my focus on building a better future for myself and those around me.

At 16, I began my career in the hospitality industry, and by 17, I transitioned into healthcare as a care assistant. This role not only gave me a sense of purpose but also sparked my entrepreneurial aspirations. At 18, with an inheritance, I launched my first business in the aesthetics industry. It was a success, allowing me to build a strong client base and establish myself locally.

Seeking new opportunities, I pursued a degree in Business and Management at Open University, where I discovered my passion for marketing. I’ve also had the privilege of speaking with some of the most successful people in my industry, particularly from London and Dubai, which has further enhanced my knowledge and approach. Their insights have been invaluable in shaping my strategies and improving my skill set.

I moved to Dubai, where I now specialize in helping businesses—both small and large—grow through tailored marketing strategies. I’ve found particular success in the beauty and property sector, working with companies to drive growth and achieve their goals.
